Cranio-Sacral Therapy

A very light touch is used to detect and address imbalances in the cranio-sacral rhythm, which may be the cause of sensory, motor or intellectual dysfunction.

Deep Connective Tissue

Deep Connective Tissue Therapy is most beneficial for chronic pain and/or injury management. Use of deep pressure to break down knots, adhesions and spasms in the muscles is emphasized.

Foot Reflexology

Foot Reflexology uses firm stationary pressure addressing the whole body through reflexes and acupressure points on the feet, combined with a deep foot massage.

Hot Stone

Hot Stone Massage is a warm and comforting experience in which the energy flow is balanced and tight muscles are released. This technique connects you with nature through sacred energy of hand-picked river stones. Heated stones of varying sizes are placed on key points of the body to assist in balancing the energy flow, and the heat of the stones allows for easier manipulation of the muscles.

Lymph Drainage

Lymph Drainage is a gentle technique to move stagnant lymph and to stimulate your immune system (for general detoxification, sinusitis, headaches and to prevent edema).

Neuromuscular

Neuromuscular Therapy balances the body's central nervous system with the musculoskeletal system. It restores postural alignment, proper use of muscles and flexibility by using neurological principles to find and treat the cause of the pain.

Pre-Natal

Pre-Natal massage focuses on the special needs of a pregnant woman. It is especially helpful in relieving the physical stress of a growing baby and aiding in promoting relaxation essential to birth preparation.

Reiki Energywork

The ancient art of touch therapy derived from Tibetan Buddhism. Reiki provides the means to recharge and rebalance the energy field to promote the body's own healing power.

Shiatsu

Shiatsu is based on the acupuncture system of Oriental Medicine. Stationary pressure is applied at points on the body's surface to harmonize the flow of vital energy that strengthens the body's innate healing power.

Sports Massage

Sports Massage is not just for athletes - it is for anybody who has regular physical activity. It will enhance athletic performance, improve recovery time, and decrease incidence of injury. Sports Massage can be incorporated into a regular regime of sports fitness or it can be done occasionally, before or after an especially strenuous activity.

Swedish

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing type of therapy that includes long gliding strokes, kneading muscles, friction and compression of muscle tissue.

Thai Massage

Traditional Thai Massage (also called Thai Yoga Therapy) is performed on a soft mat with the recipient clothed. Deep palming relaxes, thumb pressure opens energetic systems, breath therapy opens and releases organs, stretching helps realign the structure. This fluid and graceful therapy leaves one in a peaceful, rejuvenated state.
