Dedicated to the teachings of Sri BKS Iyengar
Dear Friend in Yoga,
Summer's warm transition into autumn has begun in beautiful central Pennsylvanaia. When we pay attention, the signs are everywhere. The same in our life. We are in transition - changing moment by moment, day by day, year by year. Our embodiment changes, but upon reflection, our awareness points to a witnessing consciousness that remains constant. We are unique creatures on the planet with this reflective capacity. Our Yoga practice guides us from our periphery to our core, to penetrate within. When we witness or observe the "thinker", a higher level of consciousness awakens beyond thought. At that moment, we experience the oneness of existence. While the forms around us are changing, our essential nature stays constant. Yoga guides us to experience this unbounded consciousness.
Hope to see you soon.
Dean & Rebecca
