The Art of Teaching Twists with Rebecca Lerner
Twists provide an opportunity to clarify instructions, teach breath awareness and help students go further. Rebecca will lead from her studio in Pennsylvania online, including verbal instructions, how to add props, modifications and provide alternatives. Tori Milner will assist at the Institute, where it will be streamed for in person participants. Learn how to spot and handle common mistakes with manual adjustments. Online only participants will benefit from having a student with them to practice the adjustments. $55 Members (members only workshop as these are for CIYTs
